We have used WindsorEats as a starting point for the Blogging Windsor Project. In exploring and examining both WindsorEats and the WindsorEats blog, we have come to realize that Windsor has more potential than what meets the eye. By observing activity on other Windsor blogs, and around the city, we have come to the conclusion that despite hard economic times, Windsor currently offers a continuum of opportunity. Windsor will flourish in the future in many respects through continued use of the blogosphere.
What is WindsorEats?
If you visit WindsorEats.com you will find a complete restaurant guide to Windsor's most well-known dining places, and its hidden gems. Not only will you find restaurant listings, but complete restaurant menus! WindsorEats gives you a glimpse of where you're going before you even reach your destination. Creators, Pina and Adriano, have innovatively developed a community where Windsorites can come together at the WindsorEats blog to share their personal experiences and ideas with the rest of the world. WindsorEats is a medium that showcases just a chunk of the city's potential, including recipes, events, and wineries, and will undeniably help bring more diversity and excitement to Windsor's community and culture in the future.
